Is there a way to set up an alert which would notify email recipients if a vehicle using a Peplink router exceeded a certain speed? Or any canned reports that would provide this information to a fleet manager?

It is currently not implemented if you’re referring to a metric regarding OBD2 information or metric information regarding vehicles. There is a possibility that it might be implemented in the future.
