Using Peplink vs Troubleshhot WAN issue

We are thinking about using two WAN in Main office and form VPN to the remote site.

The purpose of this is to make sure the availability of VPN as remote site using Citrix to conenct to main office for working.

For this case, can Peplink help?

Some vendor mentioned that if one of the WAN failed, it is not possible to troubleshoot it. Is that right?

Peplink can help with our “Unbreakable VPN” Speedfusion technology. In this case you would place a Balance device at the remote site and also the main office. this way the VPN will always stay up, even if one of the two WAN connections failed.
