Use case for OpenVPN license?

Hi, if I am going to tunnel out through a pepwave device to my office network (office requires a Cisco vpn client), I don’t need an OpenVPN license, correct? That would only be needed for the scenario where I am terminating an OpenVPN connection at my pepwave device, yes?
