Is it possible to upgrade the config files / database form a surf soho tp a balance 20 ?
My Customer’s SOHO just can’t handle a full firewall as its crashing
Working on that here separately

Hi @Richard_OConnor . So far as I know the change of the config will have to be done manually. They are very different devices.

Thought so as i have about 2 hours worth of work as multiple networks etc. so I’ll keep the SOHO in place and use the firewall in the balance 20 with the Wan connection then remove some of the firewall programming from the SOHO until I get the logs etc. and open a ticket for the SOHO crashing !
