I’m not sure if this is the correct forum for this or not, but I figured it was a start.
I just purchased my router and I’m working on getting it setup. For some reason, when I go to the IP address for the router, the default username and password do not work. Any ideas?
Hi. You are in the right place. As a first effort I’d do this: Using your favorite tool (e.g., paperclip) hold the reset switch down for a slow 20 count. That’ll reset it to the factory defaults shown on the bottom of the device.
