Unable to factory reset a balance 30

Hi there

After a reboot the Peplink didn’t boot up but rather the status light kept flashing red, I understand this to be a boot error. After disconnecting it and trying a factory reset, it kept all of its configuration but I was able to get in to the web interface. Have tried a factory reset from the web interface as well as downgrading the firmware and trying both a hard factory reset (using the button) and from the web interface. The unit has the latest firmware 7.0.1

The unit disables 2 wan ports upon reboot at this point.
