Just purchased a Surf Soho with firmware 8.0 . When I connect my iPhone 8 with a usb connection to the router, the status reads “unable to read physical status “.
Any suggestions?
USB tethering only works with Android devices. Enable WIFI hotspot on the iPhone and Wifi WAN into it.

It will work just fine using WiFi WAN. Using my iPhone that way right now…
