UML 295 modem not showing signal strength

I have my Pepwave Surf up and running with my Verizon UML295 modem and it functions. -But the signal strength is not appearing anywhere:

Signal meter LED’s are always all lit on the unit.
Dashboard page shows that I’m connected with 4 bars, and that I have an IP address. The signal graph shows -999 as the signal strength.

Is the UML 295 fully supported or not?

Hi,

Since SOTG does not has embedded cellular modem, this signal info is solely depending on the USB modem. If the signal info doesn’t provide by the modem, SOTG can’t display the signal correctly.
