Turn off one VLAN and leave another on?

I’ve set up an untagged LAN and two VLANs. Each of the three has a different SSID. One is set up as a guest VLAN; when I don’t need it for guests can I turn it off and leave the untagged LAN and the other VLAN on?

You should schedule to turn off the Guest SSID instead ?

I believe I have it. Create a schedule, then name it, then link that to the VLAN I want to keep inactive. What confused me was the need to log out then in to admin in order to have the SSID disappear.

Thanks.

Pretty sure you can have a schedule on the SSID as opposed to the actual vlan

Can you provide more info on this ? The WebUI confusing you ? Do you have the screenshots to share ?

Sitloongs, I have no screenshots, sorry. What I meant was: I apply/confirm a schedule that is “Always off,” but it still shows up as an available SSID to select. I did select it and it did give me a popup login box. In order to try to make the SSID disappear I logged out of admin then back in again. This time the SSID was no longer an available choice. After Saving and Confirming the “Always off” I wouldn’t have thought it necessary to log off to make it happen.

jmjonnes, sorry but “Pretty sure you can have a schedule on the SSID as opposed to the actual vlan” is a distinction I don’t understand.
