Troubleshooting AP Controller

I’m running a Balance 210, and it seems that my AP controller has failed, and I was wondering what troubleshooting I can do to get things going again. As of now, the dashboard shows no APs connected, but my SSID shows up. When I try to connect, the connection times out. Thanks for any help you can provide.


  1. May I know AP Controller working fine previously?

  2. May I know what is the firmware version for B210 and APs?

  3. May I know what is the “Real Time Status” shows in AP?

  4. Can you elaborate more on this? Where you get the error message?

To answer your questions:

1: No problems until this afternoon.

2: 3.3.10

3: real time status shows 0 of 3 online.

4: this is the error from connecting clients. Neither windows or Mac or iOS clients (all I have available for testing) are able to connect.

Sorry about this, but I forgot to say that the balance is running 6.1.2.
