My new MAX BR1 MK2 is only showing one SIM card active. Whichever SIM card is in slot A works but not if in slot B. Any advice would be appreciated
The BR1 has only one radio, thus only one active SIM card at any point in time. When you check the cellular details, does it show the presence of the other SIM card in slot B (“SIM card detected” or the details of the SIM card being displayed)?
If it does show both slots being populated then it is a matter of setting your policies for when to use each particular slot (in this example the two slots alternate).
