Hi Soriam, I have been on the phone with Tmobile while you check the device.
Found the issue I believe. It is a tmobile issue.

I signed up for the 100G plan on May 21st. On May 20th the carrier changed the plan from 100/G for 55.00 to 100G for 65.00 BUT along with that they limited the devices to only 4 authorized devices mifi ensigoo samsung tab s7, ipad pro 12.9 or 11
I canceled the plan because it is not compatible at this time with the pep wave device.
