Time of day, day of week, wifi access

I have many AP One. Some are managed by a 380 router, others by the InControl web site. I can’t find a way to the AP, or preferably just certain SSID, based on time of day, and day of week. This seems like a basic function even consumer devices support. Is there a way to do this?
