Susbscription cost for Balance 210/305/380/710/1350/2500 and MAX transit

Hi Team,

according to your website, InControl2 subscriptions are only available for the following models:

  • Balance One and Core, Balance 20, 30, 50
  • MAX BR Series
  • Surf SOHO
  • MAX On-The-Go
  • AP One Series
  • AP Pro

what about the others Balance models and Max transit ? the Incontrol2 is basic and doesn’t need a fee subscription, please to confirm and clarify

Hello,

InControl 2 is included in your product warranty for the first year.
After that, InControl 2 is optional.

Velocity chip products and the MAX BR1 family all have an InControl 2 license you can buy.
However, all Bluechip products (except for MAX BR1 family) only offer an Extended Warranty license.
This Extended Warranty license also includes an InControl 2 extension.
