This has happened intermittently in the past and in the past few months, it occurs at least every other day. The Soho bricks and loses the WAN connection as well as connection with devices. The Event Log simply states: “Device is Offline”. The only remedy is to cycle the power, which is a major hassle when remote access is needed and no one is on the premises to do it. The firmware has been updated to no avail. The unit is unreliable and I’m thinking of swapping it out for a less featured unit which is at least reliable.
Is this a known issue? If so, is there a solution other than returning it under warranty?
