Surf SOHO MK3 L2TP with IPsec stopped working

I have firmware 8.1.0 build 4941

I haven’t used in a while so I’m not sure when it stopped working.

Anyone else seeing this?

If not what could be causing it?

Please check and make sure no IP addresses changes for the WAN. Normally for L2TP with IPSEC stop working is because of WAN network changes and remote clients failed to reach to the WAN. If this is not the case, please open a support ticket for support team to check.

Thanks for your help,
as it turns out I was using my cell as a hot spot. The cell required a setting that wasn’t there last time. It works now.
