Hello all I believe I have found an issue within the firmware number 7.1.1 build 1342 for the surf soho. I am using it currently using it as a guest network with its own dedicated wan service provider so no double nat causing any issues but the issue lies in the bandwidth control which I use. The download speed limit works great and is flawless however the upload doesn’t. For testing I loved the upload limit to 4mbps and it appears that the limiter caps it at 9 or there abouts. No matter what I move the upload limiter too (anything under 10) it always caps it at 9.
Here is a guess: Go to Network → WAN → details button and tell the router the actual upload and download speed of the WAN connection. Worth a try.
