Ok my surf soho is hung up. I cannot connect to admin page using hard wire to port 4. Web address 192.168.199.5 not available. Rebooted cable modem and surf soho still not available. Would like to talk to someone while it is unavailable so we can diagnose. Lights on soho are steady for status, blinking in steady 2 sec pattern for wifi. Since i have no wifi and cannot connect am sending this using cell signal on phone. Is there a phone number i can call?
