Does Surf SOHO have a Captive Portal capability?

The Surf SOHO doesn’t support Captive Portal:

Hello to all,

we build a setup to use a captive portal also with the Surf Soho. Here it is:
We build with the Surf SOHO Layer 2 Tunnels to our hub into the Datacenter and seperated them with different VLANs.
We also set up for a different VLAN via Incontrol a different Captive Portal that then is show at the SOHO during the Login process
