I have noticed the event log is getting cleared whenever the router is rebooted. Surf Soho MK3 7.0.3 build 1260. I am convinced this is a bug since it happens on all 7.0.3 units tested. I currently have a unit that keeps “locking up” daily. I am trying to determine the cause but since I have no access when it locks up, I can’t see the current event log. WiFi goes off line, unit cannot be accesses even setting a static ip address on my laptop. No DHCP. Lights all look normal. Reboot solves the issue for several hours only.
We encounter the log missing issue and we will fix in the future firmware release.
For the lock up issue, may I know the device is accessible if you are using wired connection?

I turned on Watchdog support and had the internet provider monitor their connection. The Surf Soho has remained on-line since. Going to wait and see if there are any more issues this week.
