Surf On-the-go Bridge Mode as WiFi enabler

So I have the device in bridge mode connected to LAN via WiFi. I have a device connected via Ethernet cable to Surf On-the-Go and it pulls an address from DHCP. In the Web admin on the router both the Surf On-the-Go and the device connected to it physically are reporting different IP addresses but both are reporting same MAC address.
Is that normal?
Could it cause issues down the road?
Thanks
Brad

This is expected behavior. Traffics sent from SOTG will using SOTG MAC address.

While I am not a trained IT professional, this behavior could cause problems as I depend on MAC addresses to distinguish cameras on a video surveillance system. The SOTG was installed to replace a Ubiquity NanoStation M https://www.ubnt.com/airmax/nanostationm/ which reports out through its bridge configuration the MAC address of the device connected to its LAN port. I believe they call it transparent bridge mode. Is there an equivalent way to configure the SOTG?
Thanks

Do you have deployment use case info that can share here ? What is the uplink device for SOTG (WIFI) ?

I learned how to use WDS and that solved the problem. Just in case anyone looks at my post.
