It would be great if you have immediate information how to get support from Peplink when logged in the peplink firmware/dashboard. You already incorporated the TURN ON REMOTE ASSISTENCE. It would be great to have links within the firmware/dashboard to go to the forum, to register the product, to go to incontrol.
Especially incontrol –> it would be easy if ENABLED, it shows you a link to click and open a NEW tab/window that takes you to the incontrol2.peplink.com (rather than inside a ? button). The current link will open inside the current window so I loose the dashboard.
