Support Case no response

I have recently purchased the surf on the go and trying to use a Verizon usb551L modem. Modem will not connect and have opened 2 sport cases in the last week and have had no response on either. How long does it take for peplink to work on these. Also left voice message on the support phone number and received no call back. Are they typically this bad on their support?

No, actually Peplink provides uncommonly GOOD support to both end-users and partners. I’d suggest posting your case number here just give 'em a bit of a “tickle.” And, only one case is needed/desired for a single issue/incident.
