Status LED in flashing red (Balance 20)

good afternoon.
Within the web / system / firmware access / you have the option to update … 7.1, when installed, an error occurred, (Status LED in flashing network). I no longer have web access.

please help!

I recommend to pin reset it to factory defaults and try again.

We already tried to perform this method by pressing the button (reset) for 10 and 15 seconds. Without any success.

You have to reset it, check if the red light is already gone then you are good to go.
