I am not that good to be able to explain

We did two things : change the speedfusion settings to a Nat mode
And change the rules “send all traffic to” with an outbonding rule

To be honest, I don’t know what worked in the end

My question was more about the mtu change @gerson.brands mentioned.

Edit: You have to change the MTU size of your streaming device. You have to check if and where it’s possible on your device.

Hi Machtl,

it depends on your SRT-Streaming device. On that device you can change the MTU size (not on every device).
I’ld recommend to use FW 8.1.0 or the 8.1.2 if you’re using SRT and your device is not able to change the MTU

Thx, yep thats the problem, i can’t change the MTU settings on the SRT-Streaming device itself. Danke dir, schöne Grüße aus Oberösterreich.

So, FW 8.1.2 was now released, does it solve the SRT Streaming issue? Thx!

I´m showing my issues :
Block diagram attached:

  1. Backpack unit with MAX BR2 PRO, with two 4G/5G SIMs; LTE/4G–5G antennas on SIM1 (Slim model); on SIM2, internal antennas; and two Wi‑Fi zone antennas for the Sony PXW‑Z200 camera as SRT caller to the destination at the MCR studios.

  2. Reception at the MCR studios with B One, connected via WAN to one or two ISPs with a fixed public IP,which will deliver, over LAN, the camera’s SRT connection to a player such as VLC ora video server such as OBS, for example.

The link between both ends is via SpeedFusion.

I can´t change the MTU at the camera, is not available in it´s menues……

Items to be defined:

  1. How to configure the LAN IPs at both ends (MAX BR2 PRO and B One):

how the subnets and masks should be set up for Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity scenarios.

  1. What configuration should the MAX BR2 PRO Wi‑Fi connection use to connect a device

such as the camera?

  1. What settings must be configured on the Peplink devices to allow SRT streaming?

SRT ?

  1. What requirements must the WAN connection on the B One meet?

  2. Which devices should be configured for DHCP and which should use static IPs?

  3. What is the required SRT URL format on the camera?

  4. Are any ports required?
