Having an issue getting a Sprint SIM working in a Max BR!-LTE

Can you tell me if this Sprint Sim Card is compatible?

Dashboard comes back with bad pin after inserting SIM . Thinking we may have a bad SIM or its something with the version of the firmware of SIM.

That is the correct SIM card. Has it been activated with Sprint yet? Make sure you are running our current 6.3.0 firmware and then in the details tab you can change the network mode to Sprint from Auto.

We are running version 6.22. Tried to pull new version thru auto update and it says it up to date with the 6.22.
