SpeedFusion Routing Issues - Simple 2 Site Setup

I’m sure I’m missing something obvious here. Trying to connect a main office and a branch office using SpeedFusion. The connection establishes, and I can ping devices at the main office from the branch office. However, I have two issues:

  1. I can’t ping devices in the branch office from the main office. I CAN ping (and access the web interface of) the router in the branch office, but none of the other devices on the branch office LAN.
  2. I can’t resolve server names (ie: SERVER1) in the main office from the branch office. I have no problem pinging devices in the main office by IP address from the branch office. Do I need to enter some routing/forwarding info on the branch office router?

Here’s my setup:
Main office:
Windows SERVER1 on 192.168.1.207 hosts Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
Peplink MediaFast 500 router Firmware 7.1.1 on 192.168.1.220
IP range: 192.168.0.0/23

Branch office:
Workstations and wireless AP only (no server)
Peplink Balance 380 router Firmware 6.3.4 on 192.168.10.1
IP range: 192.168.10.0/24

Both offices are simple setups:
(Main Office) devices → router → Internet ← router ← devices (Branch Office)
(no other firewalls/routers involved)

Appreciate any help anyone can offer - thanks!
