SpeedFusion Cloud and Application Outbound Policy

I have a quick question regarding speed fusion cloud. If I set the outbound application policy for Dropbox as pictured, is the traffic routed out of the router on WAN or is the traffic routed only on WAN to SpeedFusion Datacenter and out through there? If the latter is there anyway to do the former?

You might click “Enforced Connection” the find “Cloud: SFC” in the drop-down menu.
