SOTG keeps saying license expired

My SOTG suddenly stopped working and after going ten rounds with 3GSTore tech support, they got Peplink to send me a brand new router. Which is giving me the same error message. I haven’t updated anything or changed anything. Nobody can figure out what’s wrong and I’m stuck with no wifi. Does anyone have any ideas or know a tech expert I can consult?
