SIP Registration Issue in Browser after 2 days uptime

We’re having issues where SIP traffic gets derailed and SIP Registration time out via browser every 2 days on a Balance 380. Peplink has sent us an updated firmware with a ‘patch’ and now we’ve seen the same issue 4 days later.

Believe you have contacted technical support since special firmware is provided. Please follow up from there of your latest problem.

Follow up where, through my distributor? This just happened again this morning. The firmware update has not resolved our issue.
