in the instruction Manual for the Balance One, in the QoS section, it shows that SIP can be selected as a Application to prioritize (see attached screen shot). However, I can’t find this option in the router configuration. Does the Balance One have the option to prioritize SIP? I have only been able to find an Application called ‘All Supported VoIP Protocols’ - is that the same thing?
I would ensure that you are on our latest firmware:
I am able to see SIP as a selective option from the drop down menu. IF you want to stay on your current firmware you can add a custom rule and define SIP protocol manually.
