I opened the ticket 25050448 and haven’t received a response in 24hrs, so now I’m trying the forums:
My Balance Two, fw. 8.5.1 was using the SpeedFusion trial fine. I purchased the license “SpeedFusion Connect Usage - Plan C” and was applied. Then, when the trial ended and VPN stopped working and the new license doesn’t seem to come with all the features the trial had, such as WAN Smoothing. - The VPN stopped working because it was using 2 lines as primary links. I had to set the 2nd one with 2nd priority to restore the VPN. So, it is behaving as a regular VPN with no SpeedFusion, despite that the Balance Two does show the Quota and date for the license to expire. - The SFC page shows only 2 icons in the top: “Basic failover” and “AES256”. What did I get with the license I purchased? nothing it seems.
