Hello. I have a balance 20X. I initially set it up on the SFC app. I then moved to InControl and then decided to manage the box through its own web admin and turned off the ability for InControl to update the config. My problem is that yesterdsy the SFC app overwrote my settings. I removed the app a while ago. i was able to restore the config from a good backup. The same thing happened almost exactly three months ago. Does anyone know how to disable this?

Re-enable incontrol updates / access, access and edit the device in incontrol and check the Config control so Incontrol is in charge of the config again and SFC is not, then disable incontrol on the device once more.
