Set up a communication route between 2 routers

Hey everyone, I’m fairly new to peplink.
I’m supposed to connect two routers, Max Transit Mini and UBR LTE (each has a cellular Simcard) together. The only viable option may be through a VPN connection since IPs are not public.
I’m looking for a step-by-step guide on how to set up a communication tunnel between the two routers.

You need to set up relay server on one device and relay client on other.
