Looking to implement InControl2 and have already deployed ~100 Pepwave Max BR1s in field. We did not capture the Serial No.; however, have all the IMEI’s pulling in from our Cellular SIM portal. Is there any way to obtain Serial No. from IMEI…or, can I setup devices in InControl2 using IMEI?
InControl2 is managing the devices using the device serial number.
The devices is deployed to different customer network ? You should able to get the device serial number using WebAdmin.
