we have a few Peplink SDX Pro and one of them - having less than 500 working hours - suddenly shows, that there is no AC Cable connected ( both PSUs dont deliver any values )
The thing is, this is a nearly new unit, it is out of warrenty but has only been used for single events.
Peplink just says, its broken, and can be thrown away. They dont provide any spare parts or repairs ( as i now figured out, they generaly dont do repairs )
This is not, how it should be, we have a sensible environment and we can not thoruw a 6500 USD Router away, that has not been running a month in total.
So i hope there are any ideas here, how that can be repaired or anybody has had the same issue.
Plese see the picture, the unit starts ( needs some tries ) but once its running, it works fine. If i unplug one of the Main Power cables, the unit detects it and makes the beeping noice. So i figured out, that both PSUs are working fine.
Any ideas? Hope i can find some help here. Its so sad, that Peplink does not offer any service at all here. We invested more than 30k€ in Peplink devices the last years, and this is how an issue gets treated ;( ;(
However, hope to find any info here!
