Are there any updates to Okta MFA for InControl2? We’re seeing these requests more and more.

Hi Topher,
we have been discussing internally on how to proceed forward. Various options were discussed and we think at this point that a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach is too complicated. Therefore to make it more efficient we will do it case by case basis where we have clear requirements and client can help with testing.
If you have a case, could you please open a ticket for this specific case? Please include the end-client’s contact info so our engineers can coordinate directly with them for testing if needed. Also send me the ticket number via PM once it’s ready, so that I could follow up.

OK, well, I need full MSP capabilities and SSO for our environment

We need Okta integrated.
This will be straight forward to implement and is need to support a new enterprise client.

I logged that ticket, and got some info back for oauth… is saml going to be supported?

yes we have plans to support SAML. I do not have ETA, but as I know we are working toward it.
