Router Balance One Core not full speed internet

Hi team ,

I have information feedback from customer for router peplink model balance one core the speed is not full speed base on data sheet a which speed internet from ISP has download 500mbps & Upload 500Mpps

when connected thought Peplink router by DHCP mode get speed bandwidth only Download 200Mbps&Upload 200Mbps

So we need to clarify this issuing and closed any question feedback from customer too then please advise in this case and How to solve it,

please ask the customer to create a ticket (provide serial number, enable remote assistance) that we could investigate the issue.
