With other major vendors, there is a form or process for generating an RMA. It would be nice if Peplink had a form or process or info sheet that could be followed or completed in order to get an RMA. Some companies even offer a fillable PDF
as it is today, we request an RMA and we end up answer a question, waiting 2 hours, answering another question, wait 2-3 hours and then get asked for a picture of the lights… or better yet we get asked for a video… I have never been asked for a video by Cisco, Sierra, cradlepoint, or any other vendor
We love peplink, and we seldom need an RMA… I think we have done 4 in the last 6 years…but whenever we need an RMA. I debate taking the rest of my vacation days or calling in sick
