Resetting Pepwave Server PW (and connectivity issues)

Hiyaaa, we’re traveling in Canada and Peppy (our Pepwave’s name) was working smoothly as planned. We moved ~20 minutes down the road, and now our Pepwave won’t stop blinking like it’s trying to connect (I have incredible service where we are, so this shouldn’t be happening). I’d like to log into the server portal to see what it’s doing and when I try, it’s saying that my password or username is incorrect. I know it isn’t, but I’d like to change it. Any idea how you change your username/password on that site? I’m hoping to troubleshoot from there.

Do you use InControl? If so you can go to your device details there and see the username and password that is set. You can then reset it from there using remote web admin.

Or you can do a factory reset on your device by holding in the reset button for a 20 count and then it will be back to default admin/admin but you will lose all your settings…

Hey! I figured out how to reset it and get into the server that way - thank you. I’m still having issues with connecting to wifi through Peppy. Any chance you know what could be going on? We have a 150 GB SIM through Verizon and we’re stuck on Obtaining IP. We were connected a few miles away and things were going great, but now it’s blinking and I can’t figure out why. Any chance you’re aware of Canadian Pepwave loop holes?
