Remotely accessing the Balance One - Safe? Incontrol?

I am in the phase of tuning a recently installed Balance One and I may need to access the unit remotely ,however this means opening ports on the firewall and I don’t want to expose the network somehow.
Can I achieve the same results using Incontrol?

Yes you can use Remote web admin in incontrol 2. Its secure and clever.
