Good day. We have two 380s in HA and would like to load balance two of our app urls using our two WAN connections. Right now, public DNS points to one of the WANs. I thought I was told I could use the Peplink and sub domains to accomplish this. I think I am not totally there but here are my thoughts.
- create a sub domain - xx.domain.com
- create A record and point n1.xx.domain.com to WAN 1 IP and n2.xx.domain.com to WAN 2 IP
Here is where I am not sure. What and how do I in peplink DNS?
The idea is to point app1.xx.domain.com to WAN 1 and WAN2 and app2.xx.domain.com to WAN 1 and WAN 2, then in public DNS point original app1.domain.com as CNAME to app1.md.domain.com and same for app2.? I am unsure how to do this configuration on the Peplink. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much!
