Raw GPS data on TCP port 60660 is wrong with PEPLINK HD2 MINI, PEPLINK Balance 210

I am trying to visualize the GPS data from PEPLINK HD2 MINI via Balance 210 VPN connection. I have written the application to read from TCP port 60660; everything looks good except the GPS data popped out turns out to be wrong while the GPS location on the admin panel is good.
