Question on Incontrol2 and warranties

What are the rules/costs for using incontrol2 after a router has gone out of warranty?

In researching this, I found this page

but its old. The page links to

but that gets re-directed to a page having nothing to do with incontrol2 or warranties.

If there are different prices for using incontrol2 after the warranty period, I am interested in the Balance 20 and Surf SOHO.

Hello,

You may purchase a IC2 subscription for those models, which will cover IC2 access but not for hardware warranty.

Otherwise they could purchase extended warranty as well if they want IC2/HW coverage. Subscription is a cheaper alternative strictly for IC2 manageability.
