Purposely slow speeds of SIM?

Hey all… I have a Pepwave MAX BR1 Pro 5G Router with Starlink and BTC 5g Sim on it. Both work great.

What we would like to do is be able to shut down the Starlink connection (we literally turn it off to save power), and then the Pepwave does it’s thing and the SIM takes over. We want to slow down the connection at this point, so when just the sim is connected we could still have users get text messages on connected devices, but not browse the web or be able it to do much at all - as we have just 2.2 GB per month on the SIM and need to keep some iOT devices connected all month etc.

Any thoughts or help most appreciated!

Feature I want is available through the Starlink connection at priority one, but the cellular connection a priority two does not have the ability it seems to cap at the bandwidth at up or down

Go into the cellular connection information, click ? in top right area (blue box) then click the hyperlink (green box), the info should show up now (orange box).
