Problme with VOIP on Balance 20

Hello,

I have a Balance 20 and can not get my Voip audio to work.
I am using MicroSip software on my PC and a Logitech headset.
I am using port 5060
I have a data connection to the Voip server, but no audio.

The same software and headset work fine when not behind the Balance 20.

I have tried Auto and Compatibilty. No change.
I have tried forcing out Wan1 and then Wan2. No change.
I have tried TCP and then UDP. No change.

Any suggestions?

I just had the same issue - no audio on voip - if you were given a solution, please let me know. This only happened when I enabled the Firewall intrusion protection. thanks…Keith
