Pots adapter and Firelite panel

Connected to 20 years plus Firelite panel. Replacing Comcast VoIP with Pots adapter VoLTE.
Using ‘connect Id’ protocol. Connection made for 12-18 seconds. Fails handshake. Disconnects.
Limited access to panel provider does not understand VoLTE different from VoIP.
Any simple test I can use to test connection?

I already had a ticket open for a month and Peplink could not resolve. I was tired of waiting days for responses and closed ticket. I was hoping someone in community might have a solution.
