Port Forwarding it does not work

I’m testing a peplink balance 20 to see if it has what it takes before installing it in production, At the moment it seems to me a good product but I have a problem with port forwarding

i have only wan 2 configured is PPPoe Connection with public ip.

Network ip 192.168.3.2/24 (1 Vlan not tagged)

i have configured port forwarding

i have moved admin access on port 443

if i test with nmap public ip port 443 is open

namp443.png

but port 80 and 4789 are filtered

nnamp80.png

this is my access rules

in same network i have other firewall with ip 192.168.3.1 with a different connection ad port forwarding it works properly.

where am i wrong? or where can be the problem ?

The port forwarding config looks correct to me, and if I nmap your public IP and those 4789 TCP is open - I wonder if port 80 is getting caught by some redirect http on WAN to https rule somewhere?

Starting Nmap 7.92 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2022-12-01 10:55 CST
Nmap scan report for 5.1.44.3
Host is up (0.051s latency).
PORT STATE SERVICE
4789/tcp open vxlan
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 0.36 seconds

So what firewall/router is the device at 192.168.3.28 using as its default gateway? Try changing that to the use 192.168.3.2 address you have on the Peplink LAN interface and see if your forwarding starts working.
