Ever since the June 20 InControl update, my Balance One sends me periodic notifications that my failover device (an At&t Beam) is disconnected. Then a few seconds later it sends a notification that it is in “standby”. This happens about every four hours. There’s no indication that the primary device ever went offline. What’s up?
I believe your primary WAN is healthy. Since the USB WAN has outage every 4 hours, you may need to check with the ISP.
You may tune the notification in InControl2 if you want to ignore or delay the notification.
