Can the USB port on the Surf-On-The-Go be used for an external USB wifi antenna (like a TP-Link Archer T4UH, Archer T4UH | AC1300 High Gain Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter | TP-Link ) or a C. Crane US3 Super USB Wifi Antenna 3 ?
The USB port on the Surf-on-the-Go is for Cellular USB modems.
The standard RP-SMA WiFi antenna is replaceable however, so you could attach a more powerful antenna on that connector.
